After months of “pre-habbing” [for my knees], I’m finally back to pushing an ‘okay’ weight! 💪🏻😅 Never realized how bad a “bubble-gut” I had going throughout the move though! 😳😆 This was just a snippet of the workout cuz I was surprising myself by how much I went up...
